Secago's services are largely based on recruitment of scarce resources for Canadian Employers. We are driven by our high ethics and professional standards and our excellent knowledge and understanding of the labour shortage issues affecting our Canadian clients. Our aim is to act as a trusted extension of our client's human resources department, producing results that directly and positively impact our clients’ recruitment. We work closely with our partners to assist foreign workers (and their families) in adapting to the Canadian work environment in order to optimize the values workers are bringing to Canadian Employers. We also assist Employers and candidates with Government applications and filings.

No service fee is collected by Secago before a selected foreign worker has obtained his work visa and is available to travel to the work location in Canada. Furthermore, no fee or money is collected by Secago of a candidate, in full alignment with Service Canada requirements. Many cost items to bring a skilled worker to Canada are reimbursable through payroll deduction.

Through our large database of available resources, we can supply foreign manpower to organizations in all Canadian industry sectors and in particular for those sectors in need of scarce workers that can not readily be filled within Canada. Together with our partners and our overseas recruiters we have excellent knowledge of the overseas recruitment market.
